At Chic Yana’s Fashion, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free, free returns with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

✅ Items must be free of stains, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
✅ Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).
✅ The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Free Return Shipping

✅ A prepaid shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved.
✅ We highly recommend using the provided label to ensure smooth processing and tracking of your return.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within:

• 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• It may take up to 4 weeks for the entire process, considering:
  • Shipping time (return transit to our warehouse)
  • Processing time (inspection and approval of the refund)
  • Bank processing time (to reflect in your account)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If the refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
