2. How to Initiate a Return

✅ We highly recommend using the provided label to ensure smooth processing and tracking of your return.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within:

• 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• It may take up to 4 weeks for the entire process, considering:
  • Shipping time (return transit to our warehouse)
  • Processing time (inspection and approval of the refund)
  • Bank processing time (to reflect in your account)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If the refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
